Heather Foster is passionate about sharing her years of human and financial insight with her clients, with whom she builds strong, lasting relationships. Heather has a strong belief in education, and sees educating her clients as the solid foundation needed for a long and lasting successful relationship. Before Heather worked with Foster Financial , she attended Indiana University to gain her degree in Business.
For more than 15 years, Heather has provided consulting and financial services to individuals and businesses throughout the Midwest. Her Approach is consumer-oriented and local in focus, with an emphasis on retirement, income planning and succession planning.
Heather is a respected speaker, consumer finance advocate, and had been a guest columnist for the Business People’s Magazine, as well as the Co-Host of a Financial Show, and a weekly guest on 21 Alive's Insight.
In her commitment to serve her community, Heather is associated with and supports Indiana’s Philharmonic, March of Dimes, US Cancer Society, Wounded Warrior Project; Disabled Veterans Charity, Christian Broadcasting Network, Christian Women’s Group Mentoring, International Missions, Northwest Haiti Missions, Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, and Charis House.

Barb handles all of the scheduling for financial, insurance, and tax appointments. She is the one who will greet you when coming in for an appointment, have a check to drop off or papers to stop in and sign. Barb graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Saint-Mary-of-the-Woods College. She has over 7 years in the financial industry and has an Indiana Life and Health License as well as her Property and Casualty License.

Barb loves spending time with her family and grandkids, attending as many of her grandson’s baseball and football games as she can. She also loves gardening, doing crafts, and sharing her love of Nutty Bars with the office. She is an amazing lady and our clients love coming in to chat with her.
Rebecca helps clients with tax related concerns, as well as, assists the staff with any needs they have. She is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the Department of Treasury and may be found on the IRS list of tax preparers. She also holds an Accounting Applications, Accounting Specialist & Accounting Operations Certificates from Seminole State College. Rebecca has over 25 years tax experience.

In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spends time with her grandchildren, taking walks, and water workouts at the YMCA. She is also active in small groups at her church.
John handles rollover calls, account research calls as well as assisting clients who are having trouble logging into our systems (MoneyGuidePro, Advisorclient.com, etc.). He also sits in on appointments and training with Heather to learn the Foster Financial Planning Process. He graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, IN with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a primary focus on Financial Planning. John has 5 years of experience in the financial industry. He has an Indiana Life and Heath License as well as his Series 63, 65 & 6. He is currently studying to take the Certified Financial Planning Exam as well.

In his free time, John likes to stay active by biking the river greenway of Fort Wayne, playing basketball with friends, and golfing at courses around the state.

Maddison handles all customer service-related items such as address changes, updating beneficiary forms, and withdraw requests. Additionally, if you are not sure whom to talk to, she can help. She is a jack of all trades. Maddison graduated from Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and minors in Public Relations and Journalism. After graduating she worked at a local CPA firm which sparked her interest in the financial field. She has 3 years of experience in the financial industry and enjoys learning all aspects of it.

In her free time, Maddison enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her son Oliver, and reading. She loves all things Disney, Harry Potter, and Star Wars (you may catch glimpses of some characters at her desk). She also likes hiking, biking, canoeing, and going on walks with her son. She regularly donates to The Ronald McDonald House and Riley Children’s Hospital.
Joe processes applications and handles onboarding new clients and customer service. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Management. Joe has over 12 years of experience in the financial industry.

Joe is a huge sports fan, so when not on the clock he is following Purdue basketball and football, as well as the Atlanta Braves and Indianapolis Colts. He enjoys outdoor activities like biking, tennis, kayaking and running. He also loves spending time with his family.
Shannon keeps Heather on track to ensure her time is used most effectively for her clients. She may be the first to contact you when Heather is with clients, as your concerns are important to us. Shannon graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Degree in Accounting. She has over two years of experience in the financial industry. Shannon holds an Indiana Life and Health Licenses and is currently studying for her SIE and CPA exams.

In her free time, Shannon enjoys working out, spending time with family, studying, and weekend trips. She recently was part of the Out of Darkness walk for suicide prevention.
