Heather Foster is passionate about sharing her years of human and financial insight with her clients, with whom she builds strong, lasting relationships. Heather has a strong belief in education, and sees educating her clients as the solid foundation needed for a long and lasting successful relationship. Before Heather worked with Foster Financial , she attended Indiana University to gain her degree in Business.
For more than 18 years, Heather has provided consulting and financial services to individuals and businesses throughout the Midwest. Her Approach is consumer-oriented and local in focus, with an emphasis on retirement, income planning and succession planning.
Heather is a respected speaker, consumer finance advocate, and had been a guest columnist for the Business People’s Magazine, as well as the Co-Host of a Financial Show, and a weekly guest on 21 Alive's Insight.
In her commitment to serve her community, Heather is associated with and supports Indiana’s Philharmonic, March of Dimes, US Cancer Society, Wounded Warrior Project; Disabled Veterans Charity, Christian Broadcasting Network, Christian Women’s Group Mentoring, International Missions, Northwest Haiti Missions, Fort Wayne Rescue Mission, and Charis House.

As Vice President of Foster Financial, Caleb takes an educational approach to comprehensive financial planning. From start to finish, the process is highly collaborative as he seeks not only to help the client’s financial state but also to develop their broader understanding of financial planning. Identifying how finances, taxes, and legislation all play a part in his clients’ plan leads to long-lasting relationships.
Prior to Foster Financial, Caleb worked in management consulting where he helped advise Fortune 500 companies on their long-term corporate strategy. Over his career, he has gained experience in a variety of industries including finance, insurance, healthcare, and consumer goods. Caleb attended the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree.

In his free time, Caleb enjoys being with his wife Sarah. You can often find them snowmobiling in the upper peninsula of Michigan, boating on the great lakes, and serving at their local church.
John is a fully licensed financial advisor and fiduciary for the clients he serves. He also handles rollover calls, account research calls as well as assisting clients who are having trouble logging into our systems (MoneyGuidePro, Advisorclient.com, etc.). He graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, IN with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a primary focus on Financial Planning. John has 5 years of experience in the financial industry. He has an Indiana Life and Heath License as well as his Series 63, 65 & 6. He is currently studying to take the Certified Financial Planning Exam as well.

Maddison is the head of our Operations and Client Relationship Team. If you are not sure whom to talk to, she can help. She is a jack of all trades. Maddison graduated from Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Minors in Public Relations and Journalism. After graduating she worked at a local CPA firm which sparked her interest in the financial field. She has five years of experience in the financial industry and enjoys learning all aspects of it.

In her free time, Maddison enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her son Oliver, and reading. She loves all things Disney, Harry Potter, and Star Wars (you may catch glimpses of some characters at her desk). She also likes hiking, biking, canoeing, and going on walks with her son. She regularly donates to The Ronald McDonald House and Riley Children’s Hospital.
Daniel handles all customer service-related items such as address changes, updating beneficiary forms, withdrawal requests, processes applications and handles onboarding new clients.
Mandy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ivy Tech with her Associate of Science in Human Services. She also holds her FPQP® designation. Mandy has over a decade of experience in Customer Service, from scrubbing coffee pots to processing Roth Conversions – she’s done it all!

If she’s not chasing after her son, Logan, she can be found reading or in the garden during the summer.
David handles all customer service-related items such as address changes, updating beneficiary forms, withdrawal requests, processes applications and handles onboarding new clients.
Mari is the first to greet clients when they visit our office, and she always has cookies and coffee available! She answers client phone calls and handles scheduling for our staff. Mari started her career as a teller at a bank, and she worked her way into a management position. She transitioned to the mortgage business where she had extensive training in mortgage processing and closing. She eventually entered the real estate and rental property industries where she excelled for nearly 24 years. Recently, she decided to try something new which brought her to Foster Financial.
“I am a big people person, so I love the client interaction. I like sitting with the clients prior to their meetings, talking about their interests, and getting to know them. I look forward to greeting our clients and making them feel like part of the Foster Financial Family as the staff here has made me feel like part of it myself.”
Mari enjoys spending time with her grandkids and relaxing at her lake cottage. She enjoys riding her Harley with her husband on the weekends when the weather allows.
Olivia assists Mari with prepping files for appointments as well as running reports and supporting the Client Relationship Managers. Olivia has worked in the service industry for the last nine years. During COVID she transitioned to the Mortgage Industry where her passion for service grew when she experienced the joy of aiding individuals and families in obtaining their goal to own their own home. Her passion for service and desire to further help those around her led to her transition to the financial field.

In her free time, Olivia treasures her time with her daughter. They enjoy having dance parties and doing crafts. Olivia also loves traveling, exploring new places, poetry, and the arts. She also loves a good (bad) dad joke and all things punny!
